ABOUT US

At Insight, we’re committed to delivering the amenities, care and service that our clients and their families deserve. We personalize our programs and services to provide the right balance of care and assistance as needs change.

We strive to provide you a standard of comfort and convenience you will find nowhere else.

Whether you prefer the outdoors, indoors, group activities or personal time, we have a variety of activities to help you stay healthy and active.

Insight was started by two childhood friends who have worked in the care industry in some capacity, Alan Ware as a nursing home administrator and Justin Strawn as a social worker and Director of an ISL Agency. Together they have seen and provided quality care under the control “Corporate” entities, although they were both directors they were only able to provide care and manage the organization under someone else’s guidelines and together they felt they could provide care to clients and staff under their own rules, thus they started Insight!
